Mission Control · last updated October 18, 2026
Mission Control is a personal tool that runs on one computer, for one person: its owner. It has no other users. This page says what it does with the data it reads from the owner's Google account.
What it reads, and why
- Google Drive: to file documents the owner sends it, to organise the owner's own folders when the owner approves each change, and to store encrypted backups in the owner's own Drive.
- Google Calendar (read only): to show upcoming events and prepare notes for meetings.
- Gmail (read only): to sort the owner's incoming mail by priority. It never sends, deletes or changes mail.
Where the data goes
- Everything is processed on the owner's own computer, including by an AI model that runs on that computer.
- Short notifications the owner has asked for are sent to the owner's own Telegram chat.
- Nothing is sold, shared with anyone else, or used for advertising.
Google API data
Mission Control's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Keeping and deleting data
Data stays on the owner's computer and in the owner's own Google account until the owner deletes it. Access can be withdrawn at any time in the Google Account under Security, Third-party apps and services.
